My dream is to attend the Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio, Texas and use my culinary education to help aspiring young cooks fulfill their culinary dreams, especially those labeled “at-risk”. I've started this small cookie business to help pay for school as well as reduced as many expenses in my life such as downgrading my cell phone, selling my car, and moving in with a friend. Unfortunately, those sacrifices are not enough to pay the remaining twelve thousand dollar tuition and the moving and living expenses.
